Taikyoku18shiki

This chigong was created by Prof.Rin in China in 1979.
It is comparatively rhythmic and some movements are from Tai chi.


Kenshin 4 major chigong methods

4 traditional chigong methods were modernized to be taught widely in China.
There are new versions of traditional ones.
